太平洋高地 (Pacific Highlands Ranch in Carmel Valley) 最新动向 (6)

你来也好， 不来也好，太平洋高地Pardee最后的这几个盘，是太平洋高地Master Plan中Pacific Highland Ranch Parkway上、Trader Joe’s 对面最后的开发。 Enough Is Enough, 今后要是不开出新路来，将近千户人家进出Pacific Highland Ranch Parkway，高峰时间要怎样！责任都在CCA（Canyon Crest Academy）这所高中，谁叫它近年来表现这么好呢，居然在Niche上排名全加州公立高中第一，谁叫它就在离这些新住宅可走路、可骑车的距离呢？为了娃的前途，美国的推爸推妈们一样是拼了。而与此同时，太平洋高地的town center 增加了越来越多的餐馆和商店，还有2019年一、二月份即将竣工的Park and Community Center、还有除了目前的富国银行以外另一家银行的进住以及2021年即将建成的图书馆，这让这个社区变得越来越有吸引力。我预测接下来还会有医疗中心。

Pardee已经有94年的建房历史了，我不得不佩服它独到的的路线！想方设法建在好学校的旁边！

下个月3号马上要Grand  Open的三个盘，Sendero, Terraza和Carmel, 2900英尺起，一百十万起价，公平的说，这个起价在这个区域真是平民价了；之后还会再推出另外两个高档盘和海景房。话说，房子的大小要和住的人数成正比就好，所以如果您是三口之家，2900英尺已经很可以了，环保。在新区的入口和Pacific Highlands Ranch Pkwy交界的地方还会造另一个Rec Center。
