2) For primary and second home only.
3) The employment company of the purchaser must provide, in English, the position and salary of the purchaser during the past two years in written letter. The letter must have letter head displaying the name of the company. It will be helpful if the letter can provide the company's website.
4) Provide 4 lines of credit card (if you don't have 4, provide all you have). Wellsfargo will contact these credit companies to get your credit information.
5) Loan is for 15 and 30 years fixed only. No arm.
6) Loan amount up to 1M.
